Fixation

Endings,
beginnings

remembered intently

stuff in between

good, bad, indifferent,
whatever.

The less intimate
times between when it
started,
where, how, when
it ends

becomes the text to
the plot-driven footnotes.

Beginnings,
endings

each begets the other

stubbornly resisting their
painfully obvious
symmetry of self-denial.

Like the way this one flowed…it was like someone talking to you in a way.
